EV Smart Charging Station Description
It is an EU Standard 22kW three-phase AC EV Smart Charging Station. Support wall-mount version, socket version and pedestal version, using RFID card or OCPP to start.

Installation
1. Installation conditions and Environmental requirements
The EV Smart Charging Station can be used outdoors. Pay attention to the operating environment to meet the equipment operation, otherwise it will affect the service life of the equipment. The following conditions are mandatory for a correct installation of the device (see technical data):
Operation temperature must be within the range from -25 ℃ to 50 ℃.
Operation humidity must be ≤ 95%.
Avoid strong vibrations and mechanical shocks in installation places.
Keep the charging wallbox away from explosives or dangerous materials, conductive
media and harmful gases.
Keep the charging wallbox clean. Keep the environment clean and mold-free. Keep away from moisture, dust, flammable gas, flammable liquid, heatsources and corrosive environments.
The altitude of the installation site must be ≤ 2000 m.
2. Installation instruments
The charging wallbox installation process requires following instruments
The manual(1 piece, in the charging wallbox accessory bag ).
The expansion screws (4 pieces, in the charging wallbox accessory bag), to fix the charging wallbox to the wall.
6P plug-in terminal (1 piece, in the charging wallbox accessory bag), used to realize the load balancing function, connect an electric meter or other slave charging wallbox.
120Ω resistor (1 piece, in the accessory bag of the charging wallbox), used for the terminal resistance on the CAN bus of the slave charging wallbox network.
The mounting template (1 piece, provided with the charging wallbox in the package) to
identify the correct position of the mounting holes on the wall.
The anti-theft stainless screw (1 piece, provided with the charging wallbox on the back)
to fixed to the wall for the installation of charging posts.
3. Installation of the protection against short circuit
The wallbox itself has an overcurrent protection device. Nevertheless, a short- circuit protection device shall be installed at the upper level, e.g. in the control panel, for short circuit protection.
The charging wallbox cannot be used without short-circuit protection.
The rated current of the supply circuit short-circuit protection device is about 1.2 times the max current of the charging wallbox.
The rated current of the short-circuit protection device is recommended to be 40A if the
charging post is operating at full load, otherwise the charging station will probably not
operate properly.
It is mandatory to install a circuit breaker with C or B curve, 40A, before the charging
wallbox input. If there are uncertainties about how to choose the appropriate short-circuit
protection device, please contact us.
Note:
In a power supply system without a neutral line, the voltage between the phase line and the phase line can not be higher than the constant voltage requirement (240VAC).
For three-phase EV smart charging station, in a power supply system with a neutral line, the voltage between the phase line and the neutral line cannot be higher than the rated voltage requirement (240VAC).

3. AREA3 Tap RFID card area
The rectangle RFID card active zone shows the card and the charging wallbox connecting status.
4. Front cover belt LED indicator
A LED belt is placed all around the EV Smart Charging Station and assumes different colors to indicate the current status (see table below).
